Tuesday November 5th

Hello Families!

We have settled in very well this week after having a "Boo-tiful"  Halloween!

I have been very busy trying to address the different learning needs and styles of our class and I am truly hoping it is making a difference for your children.

Here is what's up tonight:

1.  Grade 4 Math Pg 92 1 to 7.

2.  Grade 5 Math Pg. 82 1,2,5,7,9,and 10

We are multiplying like crazy...ask your child about multiplying by 0,1,10,100,and 1000!  They are brilliant!

 If you have a grade 4 kiddo ask them about multiplying using the 100's chart and skip counting!!! 

They are awesome at it!!!!

3.  Spelling test on Friday!! Duotangs should be in backpacks.

4. Prairie paragraphs will be due on Friday.

CLASS EVENTS AND TRIPS:

I have scheduled all of our class events for the year so the notes for fees are almost done coming home. 

Please send swimming money as soon as you can as our first swim is November 15.

Please watch for a note coming home regarding the musical SHREK!!  yes we are going!! Cost will be $5 per student...We are going in December! This will cover some of our Drama and Folk tale curriculum.....
