Thundery Thursday!

Hello Families!


We are on the down hill slide for the last full week of school! Where has the year gone?  We have completed a year of school, moved to a new building, watched our old building be torn down; it has been a year of growth and renewal for sure!


That being said, tomorrow is the official blessing celebration for our new school.  It is a first in my career and certainly a first for many students. 


We look forward to this special and blessed day!

Monday......7 days left!

Hello Families!


We are on the countdown; 7 days left.  We are busy as a school finishing evaluations, doing report cards and determining class placements for your child.  Please ensure you advise the school if your child will be leaving to go to another school.  As well, please try to have your children at school for the next few days as we have a lot of learning still to do and many fun activities planned.

Please be reminded that there is NO SCHOOL  Friday June 16th.  It is a TPD day.

We are on the countdown to the end of the year!  12 days to go!!! Where has the year gone?  We still, however, have a lot of learning to do and assessment to be done.  It is very important that your child is at school daily so that they can take full advantage of the evaluations presented to them.

I would like to start this post out by saying that we made history today!  Our class and school was so blessed to take part in our Treaty 4 Flag Raising Ceremony.  What a special occasion!

What a muggy hot day in our classroom today!  Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather; they need cooler clothes with the heat.


We have a very busy next few weeks so please read and sign your child's agenda or take a look at the blog daily.
